One platform for the head office, every partner clinic, and their patients.
A health business supplies a network of partner clinics with stock, prescriptions and doctor consults. We replaced its old practice-management setup with a single platform: clinic ordering and invoicing, doctor-signed prescriptions, telehealth and booking, plus a separate online shop where patients reorder what they've been prescribed.

An old Access database, rebuilt as the costing and quoting platform the whole office runs on.
A home builder priced every job from a legacy Microsoft Access database. We rebuilt it as a cloud platform: costs roll up from individual items to complete house designs, quotes go out for online signature, and the accounts stay in sync with MYOB. Built for the people who use it: management, purchasing, sales and construction.

From a weekly spreadsheet to a planning and profit verdict on every site.
A property developer screened potential development sites by hand from weekly spreadsheets. We built a system that pulls state government planning data for each site, works out how many dwellings the zoning allows, and models the return. It has since grown into a multi-tenant subscription platform with an AI assistant.

A children's book company wanted each family to appear in its illustrated stories. Parents upload photos; an AI pipeline redraws the family into the illustrator's pages, a second set of AI models checks every page, the production team reviews and touches up, and a print-ready PDF comes out the other end.
